William V. Hyland – Mr. Hyland has over 19 years of financial management, business ownership & acquisition, and consulting experience. He has extensive experience in the areas of financial management, strategic planning and acquisitions. He has bought, sold or started several businesses. Bill is an innovator with a proven record – a dedicated, achievement-driven, high integrity professional.
Bill received his dual honors BA degree in Economics and Mathematics from Harvard University. He worked as a senior business and technology consulting executive for many years with Accenture (formerly Andersen Consulting), the final six years as an Associate Partner. Mr. Hyland has experience in most industries and with companies of all sizes.

Mr. Cirillo and his firm are available to provide legalM & A advice to all Delaware Valley Business Network clients. The son of The Honorable Vincent A. Cirillo, former President Judge of the Pennsylvania Superior Court, Greg holds an honors undergraduate degree and a law degree from Villanova University.
Frank J. Baldino, J.D., CPA – A CPA and former IRS agent, Mr. Baldino and his firmare available to provide tax and accounting M & A advice to all Delaware Valley Business Network clients. Frank holds an undergraduate degree from Drexel University and a graduate J.D. degree from Temple University.
